About Us
D&P Arquitetura Ltda. is an Architecture and Urbanism studio open in Belo Horizonte in 1994. Since its foundation the company has drawn up many different plannings, ranging from housing, commercial, cooporative to public sector projects. D&P has its own headquarters suitable for team work and meeting area. The multidisciplinary team is capable of elaborating complete projects, including all the complementary ones.
The company is managed by two partners, architects and urban planners, and has a team of professionals in Architecture and Urbanism, as well as service providers from various areas of engineering.

Danilo Silva Batista, born in Belo Horizonte-MG, is an architect and urban planner graduated from the UFMG School of Architecture in 1983, a business administrator graduated from FACE-UFMG in 1993 and a LEED GA since 2014. Master in Process and Systems Engineering and Management from Faculdade IETEC in 2017, he has been working in the area of projects and management for 38 years, with extensive experience in projects in the banking and corporate sectors. President of AsBEA-MG – Brazilian Association of Architecture Studios – Minas Gerais Chapter from 2015 to 2017. President of the Brazilian Council of Architecture and Urbanism – Minas Gerais Chapter – from 2018 to 2020. President of the Brazilian Association of Architecture Studios – AsBEA-BR since August/2021. Member of the State Council for Cultural Policy of the Minas Gerais Department of Culture – CONSEC MG since July/2021.
Pascale Gontijo de Carsalade

Pascale Gontijo de Carsalade, born in Belo Horizonte – MG, is an architect and urban planner graduated from the UFMG School of Architecture in 1983. Graduated in Lighting Architecture in 2012. Certified and Registered at CRECI since 2015. She has been working in the area of projects and management for 38 years, with extensive experience in projects in the real estate and corporate sectors, with great performance in prospecting, administration and real estate development. Managing partner of D&P Arquitetura Ltda. since 1994.
